Consolidation in the S&P500 emini futures as a major support has been reached.
Watch the bounce this am off support and could see some price failure then a move up. Depending on what occurs with the dollar index and Europe we could see a bit of a break on this move down.
Here is a chart of the repeating patterns on the S&P500 emini futures. Take note of the entry on June 1 2011 and the same pattern starting May 1 2012. Consolidation to the 1311 to 1333 range with probably a bounce off of the 1300 “Psychological Support” This will match the previous break down pattern exhibited last year. Just a month off.
